His journey into the industry began in 1999 with First Data Systems, following an earlier career in behavioral healthcare that included both clinical and administrative roles. This diverse professional background laid the groundwork for Mike’s leadership style—measured, mentoring, and deeply rooted in integrity.

Mike co-founded CardPRO Systems in response to a clear need within the industry: a company that could blend seasoned expertise with genuine, solutions-based partnerships. He has been instrumental in building the company from the ground up, focusing on long-term client success over short-term gains. Under his leadership, CardPRO has established a reputation for helping merchants navigate industry challenges through collaboration, transparency, and hands-on support.

On a daily basis, Mike oversees the company’s banking and processing relationships, develops new partnerships, and manages an evolving processing portfolio. His approach is less about top-down direction and more about coaching—empowering his team, partners, and clients to grow and succeed together.

Driven by a strong moral compass, Mike prioritizes doing what’s right over chasing revenue. He views challenges as opportunities for growth, approaching tough decisions with patience and a strategic mindset.
